HYAMS BEACH - HERITAGE COTTAGE

A 100 year Old Heritage Cottage, Redefined & Redesigned into a Luxurious Beach Cottage Retreat. Thoughtfully renovated and added magnificent extension, it has been transformed into a private escape in Hyams Beach, home to some of the whitest sand in the world. The design blends timeless character with elevated luxury in every corner.

Not a typical "Hampton beach house" instead we added various natural elements of dark timber herringbone floor, black ravine wedge cabinetry, brown natural marble stone, and soaked in natural light by 7 skylight through out. Luxury appliances as two fireplaces, integrated kitchen and laundry, and integrated marble sink and enormous porcelain tiles embracing the shower. All hardware matches the antique elegant design. A luxurious walk in wardrobe, built in makeup desk, and a hidden loft with built in double bed.
